History
Commencement of business operations: in 1980 as a Shell Agency, dedicated to the marketing of lubricants.
Place: Maciel. Province of Santa Fe. Argentine Republic.
1980: Roberto and Cristina Prialis “The economic context was a difficult one to take risks in new businesses. Being recently married, both employees, with little start-up capital but with great inner strength, we managed to get SHELL C.A.P.S.A. Oil Company to give us an agency for the marketing of lubricants. For a short period of time, all the profits from the sales were invested in new products. During that decade, together with our working team / staff, we lived bad economic times, caused by the great inflation. Our customers trusted us and we overcame all the obstacles. We demonstrated our willingness to work, we added other suppliers to our commercial development, and we have gradually succeeded in achieving our objectives.
Our main objective, or rather our way of thinking, has always been and will be to fulfill the needs of our customers through outstanding service, with high quality products supported by national and international premium brands.
For this reason, during the 90s our slogan read:

With the passing of time, we have gone through different stages in our ambition to grow and develop in a changing, dynamic and challenging market. All these experiences have taught us that, if we are able to capitalize on those experiences, we can transform them in invaluable learning experiences when it comes to setting up an organization that grows and has a highly professional work team.
